At Deutsche Bank, Expert revamped both the Fixed Income and Equity Back Offices. DB was in jeopardy of losing its license in the US. Expert's efforts removed that threat. Expert created the technology that runs Doubline Capital's technology. DoubleLine enlisted help from his previous employer to setup their operation. His team setup the initial technology for DoubleLine and acted as their interim IT department for two years. As a result of our efforts, Expert's previous employer owns 20% of DoubleLine worth over 1 Billion Dollars. Expert is a skilled IT leader with a track record for reorganizing and revitalizing IT departments. He has a practical no-nonsense approach for getting the job done quickly and efficiently. Expert created the Cyber Security framework for Oaktree Capital. The framework was reviewed and audited by the PWC and FireEye/Madiant. Oaktree was never breached and passed all of the audits. The frameworkd included the deep technical stack, Security Awareness and Breach Preparedness. Expert understands what is needed to protect firms from Cyber Security attacks without over spending. Expert has deep experience harnessing new technologies for Business Analytics, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. His team has leveraged these technologies to help Oaktree build new ways of analyzing data to invest more intelligently.
