Expert was the General Manager for Henkel Industrial Adhesives Product Assembly Business Unit in North America for 3 years during which he was responsible for all sales, marketing, and technical departments for Canada and the United States, including Puerto Rico.

Expert has experience working in the field of industrial urethane adhesive product development, focusing primarily on reactive hot melt adhesives and one-component liquid moisture cure technologies. He has extensive experience with all polyurethane adhesives including reactive hot melts, liquid moisture cure, dual component systems, thermoplastic systems, and dispersions. Expert’s expertise includes product development, manufacturing, marketing, and sales.

Expert is generally knowledgeable of methods of integrating industrial bonding or lamination equipment into a production line for optimal throughput and manufacturing efficiency. He has specific knowledge of industrial application equipment that can be designed for panel assembly and general bonding of dissimilar substrates.
