Expert offers services to both individual and corporate clients, surrounding the psychological contract and behaviour. This is taken her into the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Contracts have included for example, designing and running assessment centres, undertaking psychometric testing, designing and analysing staff opinion surveys, HR policy design, competency development, leadership capability development, reward and performance management programmes (job family modelling and job evaluation schemes) as well as other organisational development projects.
Expert worked for KPMG as an Executive Management Consultant providing her HR/Organisational development experience to mainly large corporate blue-chip clients, primarily in the Financial Services sector. She also designed and implemented the assessment centre process for recruiting KMPG accredited Associates onto the KMPG Associate Academy. Expert worked for NatWest Group where she has held a number of senior HR roles working on areas surrounding the psychological contract with staff. Her areas of expertise covered employment policy, practice and strategy including an understanding of general HR risk management and control systems. She was involved in major organisational development and change programmes which included the organisational restructuring and subsequent downsizing of NatWest Head Office during 1999. Expert has recently designed a competency framework and reward measurement system for a company employing 1300 staff across the UK, and internationally. This involved identifying key behavioural competencies relevant to the business and then defining the discriminating levels within each competency. This also involved created a job family modelling process to align competency and people to reward levels and equal pay legislation. Expert has been designing and running assessment centres for large high street blue chip companies, as well as more be-spoke processes for niche market firms.
