Expert has extensive experience in the inspection and assessment of residential housing as a city building inspector, code enforcement officer, and as a residential real estate inspector. Inspections include single-family residences and multi-family dwellings including condominiums and townhomes.
Since 1997, Expert has utilized the Uniform Building Code to complete inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. He became an International Code Council certified Building Inspector in 2005. He utilizes the building code daily as part of his normal duties as a city building inspector and real estate home inspector.
