Litigation engagements span a wide range of case types, including healthcare claim disputes, healthcare regulatory rule challenges, antitrust matters, breach of contract and fee disputes, personal injury and wrongful death claims, medical malpractice, employment discrimination, wrongful termination and wrongful dismissal, eminent domain, and constitutional challenges.
