Drafted the aggressive 2 year project/implementation plan. Worked with Quad/Graphics executive team and Quad/Winkowski accountants, lawyers, and engineers to build the ink manufacturing plant with an on schedule startup. With QuadWinkowski hiring managers, selected and hired the management team and production employees which led to a smooth handoff. A truly rewarding and life changing experience. Today, the ink operation provides an unparalled strategic advantage to Quad/Winkowski conglomerate. As a founding member of the Quad/Graphics Innovation Council, championed a team to prepare an award winning business plan focused on the expansion of Quad/Med. An execution team was selected to implement the plan. A president and vice president have been hired who specialize in business development. In 2011, QuadMed launched an aggressive nationwide expansion plan and plans to open 7 more clinics and has interest from Toyota and Walt Disney. |
