Strategic Planning – developed and implemented numerous operations and sales strategies, resulting in the growth and profit of various companies in stainless steel pipe, bar and welding consumables businesses.

Tactical Planning – developed and completed a company turnaround plan.

Investment Planning – authored justification plans for several major capital expenditure programs including a $7 million program to upgrade the forming and welding of pipe in the Wildwood, Florida facility to world class level. Added capital investments designed to increase production levels of high margin, special grades pipe by 25% in 2009 with a maximum capacity of 50%.

Operations Improvements - increased manufacturing productivity by reducing work hours per ton, improved on-time shipping performance, implemented a Lean Manufacturing system, and reduced lost time accidents.

Building New Sales and Marketing Teams – restructured welding consumables company sales structure for faster growth.
