Leveraging extensive hands-on experience building and managing a global organization from the ground up, her broad areas of expertise include strategic planning, business development, leadership, marketing, team building, corporate culture development, and change management. Expert is passionate about team building, customer experience, and brand integrity. With more than 20 years of success across the health & wellness, fitness, and financial services industries, Expert is currently the owner, co-founder, and Chief Executive Officer of her own company. As Chief Executive Officer, she is responsible for overseeing the growth and development; She has created an internationally renowned fitness and media company. An innovative and respected leader in the fitness industry, she offers a specialized fitness experience on several digital platforms as well as boutique studios in the US, Dubai, Bangkok, and India.

Before creating her empire, Expert was a financial services professional with Morgan Stanley, Prudential Investments, and Deutsche Bank. She has been recognized and profiled in numerous media outlets including Bloomberg TV, Yahoo Finance, Fox Business, the New York Times, and Inc.com. She is also a guest lecturer at Columbia Business School and the co-author of a widely celebrated fitness how to book. Expert serves on the Board of the YPO Manhattan Chapter. In recognition of her professional successes, Expert was awarded the Columbia Women in Business Distinguished Alumna Award. Her company, was awarded Mindbody's Industry Icon Award. She received an MBA with high honors from Columbia Business School and a BA in English from Boston University.
