Expert has over 20 years of experience in the international telecommunications and finance industries. He has negotiated complex cooperation, sale and purchase, agreements with international carriers, content providers, Over the Top operators which generated around $0.5 Billions up to date. Expert has overseen the operation of an international operation of a Latin American operator since 2010. Expert is highly recognized in the industry and frequently invited to participate in panels, publish papers, and speak at international industry conferences in several topics such as: international content distribution, Internet Protocol and telecommunications regulation, future of the cable TV and mobile industries, among others.
Expert in 2002 created single handily at a time highly innovative type of barter agreement which is credited to have saved the wholesale telecommunications voice business after the 2001 dot com bubble. The whole industry adopted these agreements as a normal way of doing business and still today all industry’s players do business this way.
Expert holds an MBA from an accredited US university and also a master’s in finance from a prestigious Latin American university. In addition, Expert is an adjunct professor in Finance a very prestigious college in Florida, where he dictates several courses including: Principles of Finance (FIN 2000), Finance for Non-Financial Managers (FIN 3400), Investments In Stocks And Bonds (FIN 2010), and Financial Planning (FIN 2100).
Expert has been treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Parent Teacher Association since 2017 from a public school. During this tenure, expert was able to solve a long-standing dispute and avoid paying any fine with the IRS after a long negotiation. In addition, as a treasurer of the Board, Expert uncovered fraud organized by a former President of the Board, for which the former President was arrested and charged.
