Expert has taught in residency training programs his entire career and currently teaches the child psychiatry forensic module at a medical school. He regularly is appointed by the Dallas and surrounding area family courts in custody/possession matters. In that arena and in tort matters he has become an expert in child molestation damages,c hild testimony and has spoken to the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association on four occasions.
Expert has consulted on psychiatric medications prescribed and their side effects, low back pain alleged to be the result of auto accidents and associated with depression and PTSD. He has also been very involved in the study of the paraphilias especially related to parenting and dangerous behavior.
Family disputes in which mother has alleged father has sexually abused a child--multiple cases.Family litigations in which a parent is alleged physically abusive or alcoholic.Plaintiff retained Expert to assess damages and liability of a number of victims of sexual molestation by a church.Defendant counsel retained Expert in a matter in which the school bus driver was alleged to have molested and damaged a number of children.Defendant retained Expert in a case of negligent death of a young child's mother.
