Expert has undertaken work with leading companies to develop products which meet the requirements of the users. Understanding users' requirements is essential for developing successful products. From product concept through to prototype testing Expert can engage with users at the right times and using the right research techniques to gain clear insights into the product and its features. This user input can then feed directly into the product development process. This should ensure that the resulting product not only matches the user’s requirements, but does it in such a way that it is a pleasure to use.
Expert has undertaken office ergonomics work for many different clients.
