He completed a site risk assessment under the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Risk Reduction Rules (RRR) and consulted on the client's decision to conduct further work under the newer Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP) rules. The TCEQ approved the risk assessment to satisfy the requirements of an Affected Property Assessment Report (APAR) and further work has progressed under TRRP rules.
