Expert has served in significant cases involving class actions, Federal Superfund, & cost-effectively support engagements that require extensive data gathering & technical review. Expert has applied her capabilities and credentials across commercial, industrial, and oil & gas settings, with a technical focus on highly regulated industry & significantly contaminated real estate. She has been steadily retained f witness services since 1995. She routinely peer reviews work prepared by other experts, prepare rebuttal reports, and prepare and submit reliable remediation cost estimates, some of which have been used in formal hearings and at trial. Expert has been retained to evaluate developed and underutilized urban core real estate under "ready-for-reuse" programs that have involved extensively contaminated assets. Expert has served both plaintiff & defense in workplace injury and wrongful death claims concerning hydrocarbons, volatile organics, lead, and pesticides. She has prepared respiratory protection and other OSHA-mandated documents/reports following OSHA fines and penalties due to worker injury, environmental exposure, and allegations of wrongful death. Her litigation support work spans throughout her technical skillset and is near equally weighted in defense and plaintiff representation. She has jury and bench trial experience and has prevailed under challenge.
