His efforts have achieved dramatic reduction in aggregate material levels, through-put, and cycle time reduction while maintaining and enhansing customer service levels and on-time deliveries.
As the Project Manager, Expert developed and implemented multi-tier order entry inventory control systems for a multi-line truck manufacturer. He developed and delivered full day multi-media presentation for OSD/CALS and assisted a multi-plant first tier automotive manufacturer in the selection and implementation of MRP II system. Served as Materials Handling Consultant to national warehouse management of a major automotive transplant. Consultant to MRP II software vendor, critically evaluated product functionality and recommended improvements.
