As a construction consultant for Disney Imagineering Division, Expert was part of the project team for the expansion of the Tokyo Disney Seas project, Disney Euro, Epcott and Disney Anaheim. Expert was hands-on in the construction and coordination of their special effects program from the mock-up phase to full-size sets. In addition to his construction duties Expert administered the safety program for the special effects department at Disney.Before his foray into commercial and industrial projects, Expert spent nearly 15 years working on commercial and residential construction projects. Working for builders such as KB Homes, Wilson Development and Vinson & Thomas, Expert was hands-on in a variety of trades that included heavy equipment operations, framing, electrical, plaster and concrete.As a construction consultant Expert can draw from his more than 35 years experience to analyze and develop subcontractor analysis, cost estimating, scheduling and allegations related to standard of care for a general contractor. Additionally, as a safety engineer Expert is actively involved in many matters relating to personal injury on construction sites.
