After having visited and worked with hundreds of suppliers, it is easier to recognize the "NO signs" in case of new suppliers, comparison helps with others in the industry. Due diligence helps to pre-screen the suppliers, origin and financial status. The lowest price possible might be very attractive, but it might be very costly at the end if quality and service levels are not ok. Visit and audit are preferred to happen. |
