Expert's experience ranges from working with crane barges, civil plant, divers and specialised equipment. He worked in Singapore during the era of great expansion (Tuas, Jurong, Pasir Panjang, etc) and was crucial in the development and commissioning of new equipment and techniques to place gravelbeds at great depth without the aid of divers.
