Expert has been working in the field of Disabled Access for more than 14 years having now completed more than 700 access audits. Expert is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Consultant Member of the National Register of Access Consultants he is also an Access Advisor for the Civic Trust Award scheme. Expert has a very good working knowledge of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and the Equality Act and has provided lectures to fellow professionals and clients on the DDA in particular. Initially much of Expert's work in this field involved access audits of existing buildings but Expert now offers a broad range of services to include access audits; access statements; design appraisals; access consultancy; complaint handling and access audit training and seminars. Expert has worked for a number of national and international clients. Expert's advice has helped his clients to meet the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act in a practical and cost effective manner.
