Expert has acted in a number of disputes relating to access and other construction matters as a Single Joint Expert as well as direct appointments by a single party. Expert has completed Expert Witness training with Bond Solon and is an accredited expert witness under the CUBS scheme which is run by Cardiff University. Expert is thus well versed in preparing 'court ready' reports. To date Expert has acted on matters going to the County Court. |
