Issues included application of exclusions (insured v insured, prior notice, insolvency exclusion) as well as definitions (Securities Claim, Wrongful Act).Over 30 "short term" expert assignments -- i.e. telephone consultancy of 45-60 minutes -- on a range of topics in the P&C industry including specific trends as well as commentary on specific companies. Also assisted brokers defending attacks on their D&O/E&O client relationship.Launched multiple new to the market insurance products including intellectual property collateral insurance.Drafted multiple "new to the company" insurance policies in D&O, E&O and Cyber space.
