Expert was the primary designer and developed as the leader in the American Furniture Industry all of the major designs and configurations in the Entertainment Furniture Category. His designs were world famous and copied by 1000'S of furniture factories.
Expert was responsible for developing an extensive manufacturing system in Santee, California. He bought a 50,000 square foot Industrial land where he built the first factory of its kind, utilizing European style automation with an American labor force in a 20,000 square foot building. This factory became capable to produced over 600 entertainment centers per day. At this manufacturing level San Diego Design was able to supply and deliver their products to over 90% of the TOP 100 Furniture Retailers in the United States.
Expert hired extensive experts from the woodworking furniture manufacturing industries to assist in the development of his factories. These experts from Industry were utilized to provide their expertise in factory engineering, employee productivity, industrial technology, air pollution control, sound abatement, compensation planning, strategic marketing and sales development management to build San Diego Design into the World leader of Entertainment Furniture.
