Expert has been a testifying expert witness in Construction matters for twenty years. Expert testified in the two longest running cases in the former TCC and has given evidence (and has been cross examined) on numerous other reported High Court cases. He has also testified in major arbitrations in Taiwan, Geneva, Paris, London and Dubai. Specialising in Quantum issues Expert also deals with delay as his career began as a Planner before he moved into Quantity Surveying.
Expert has never been on the losing side in any arbitration or court case and is currently instructed on a $1.5bn construction dispute which has a quantim claim of around $800m.
A specialist in Power, Energy and Oil and Gas, Expert still works on construction and infrastrucure projects such as major airports, bridges and roads.

Testifying expert on a major oil rig for a Brazilian Oil Company, argued that a global quantum claim was uneccessary and inappropriate, successfully.Testifying expert on a Middle East Airport dispute relating to delay. Argued successfully that the claimed Critical Path was flawed and the EoT was unfounded.Testifying on a termination case, successfully arguing that the delays were client oriented and so the Termination was unwarranted, damges were paid to the Contractor, his client.
