Construction professional with more than 25 years of experience in the building and home-construction industry. His background spans construction planning, cost estimation, structural and framing systems, site development, reconstruction management, and general construction management. He is a licensed General Contractor in the State of California and has held multiple active trade licenses, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Expert’s career began in the early 2000s, giving him a broad foundation in hands-on construction disciplines. He previously served as an installer and stair builder with Tri-Valley Stairs, followed by work as a journeyman carpenter at Vassar Construction. He advanced to a lead carpenter role with A.B. Builders / Kitchens by Design, and later became a foreman with 3D Remodeling, Inc.

Building on this experience, Expert founded Asset Home Building, his first general contracting company, where he managed a wide range of residential and light-commercial projects, including complex reconstruction/ remodel scopes, and New Residential Single family dwelling custom homebuilding.

Today, Expert serves as Principal and Responsible Managing Officer (RMO) for a California-licensed construction and development services firm. He is also the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of multiple California-based construction consulting companies, where he provides expert-level analysis in construction defect litigation, damage causation, standard-of-care evaluation, and cost-of-repair estimating.

His professional expertise is grounded in both academic understanding of construction methodologies and extensive hands-on field experience. Over the course of earning his trade and contractor licenses, he accumulated the required qualifying experience under the supervision of licensed professionals in each specialty and successfully completed all associated state examinations.

With more than two decades of direct construction practice, estimating, management, and forensic consulting, Expert possesses a uniquely comprehensive, practical, and technically informed perspective on construction standards, sequencing, and industry best practices—an expertise he applies today in both contracting and expert-consulting capacities.
