Expert has undertaken composite manufacturing for the following projects:
Airbus A400M Aileron, Spoiler and Tail cone composite part production
Airbus A350 Aileron composite part production

Expert has been responsible for:
Preparing and developing work instructions for composite parts and assemblies, analysing 3D models, blueprints, part lists and project process standards
Creating Bill of Materials for composite parts and assemblies
Determining and creating raw material need for detail parts
Determining tool need and issuing tool orders
Determining NC program need and issuing NC orders
Resolve engineering-related production problems, developing related processes, manufacturing tools and updating work instructions
Developing part designs together with design departments to create cost efficient and producible designs
Approving engineering (3d Model, blueprints, part lists) for design projects
Determining sub-contract need
Joining manufacturing investment groups and meetings
Preparing task center routing and determining material and process need for bidding documentation (PCM) for RFP’s
Producing ply geometry and laser projection data for composite parts
Producing ply table, ply geometry and laser data for composite parts
Other responsibilities included: Running meetings with other team members, identifying ways to reduce production costs, managing budgets, working with engineering and other departments to produce cost estimates for new designs, liaising with research and development departments
