Covington-Newton County first responder network technology acquisition and deployment. A seven site public safety network that was inter-operable with the surrounding county public safety networks. This network employees a TDMA common air interface that accommodates both voice and data. Some of the data applications are vehicle tracking, assest tracking, alarm and monitoring and fire station alerting. Project Manager to redesign and optimize DSL network for the incumbent telephone company in the Caribbean. Worked closely with the vendor product team and the engineering team to assure the upgrade and optimization came in on budget and on time. Market Research engagement for a communications console manufacture. Performed extensive technical research on all of the console manufacture (18) and their various product offerings. Developed a matrix of all feature/functions and relevant specifications in order to provide a quick comparison chart. Provided a detailed report on what the standards groups were working on that would impact future various of their product offerings.
