Expert has also been heavily involved for the past fifteen years in the provision of confined space access activities. These have predominantly been undertaken in the energy producing and petrochemical industries in underground cooling water systems, cooling ponds, tanks, silos etc.
He has just completed a 10 month consultancy contract for a client working in Southern Iraq. The client required the implementation of all QHSE procedures, the production of manuals and safety systems and the methodology was devised for the initial bid along with all scheduling and project management.Technical advice was given for a project in Qatar. The specification for the commercial diving workscope was written and included in an Invitation to Tender that was subsequently sent to local diving contractors.
