Expert holds a PhD in superhydrophobic coatings. He has significant work experience in the research and development of various polymer-based hydrophobic and hydrophilic coatings for surfaces like textile, glass, metal, paper and others. Throughout the last 12 years of his work on coatings, he has developed various methodologies to produce coating, which include sol-gel and polymer-nanoparticle composites. He has studied the surface structure and the chemistry of superhydrophobic and superhydrophilic coatings extensively using SEM-EDS, AFM, FTIR, RAMAN and other tools. He has also performed several studies based on contact angle measurements with various liquids. He is familiar with various industry standards to determine water repellency, water resistance, oleophobicity and other qualities on surfaces like textile and others. He has also developed products for agriculture and flame inhibitors.

Expert has been in consulting services for companies around the world for several years. He has performed measurements, tests, developed methodologies, products and reports that have substantially helped with the progress of various research activities.
