Expert has over three decades of experience in the field of podiatry, with a strong emphasis on both clinical practice and forensic applications. He has been practicing as a foot and ankle podiatric physician and surgeon through his Employer, which he founded in 1995. Expert is knowledgeable on diagnosing and treating complex conditions such as tarsal tunnel syndrome, diabetic neuropathy, and complex regional pain syndrome. He has been recognized for his innovative approaches, including the use of nerve surgery techniques and his research on foot manifestations in COVID-19 patients.

In addition to his clinical practice, Expert is involved in advancing the field of podiatry through research and education. He has published numerous articles in reputable medical journals, and has been a speaker at various professional conferences and webinars. His expertise has been sought after for lectures on topics like diabetic foot care, nerve entrapments, and the management of lower extremity pain.

Expert's rare skill-set as a forensic podiatrist allows him to puzzle-out most legal related matters, including criminal matters (homicides, robberies), medical malpractice (foot or ankle; podiatry, orthopedic, or nurse), personal injury assessments (slip and fall), motor vehicle accidents, billing and insurance matters, patent infringement disputes, and peer review of medical care and other matters. Additionally, he has assisted law enforcement in the analysis of footprints, footwear and gait in criminal cases.

He has over 45 publications and/or communications and has achieved Board Certification in Primary Care in Podiatry and Foot & Ankle Surgery from the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry. His work has earned him distinctions such as the Distinguished Podiatric Medical Writing Award from the American Podiatric Medical Writers Association and the Certificate of Professional Competence in Forensic Gait Analysis from The Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences.
