During tenure as CMD, NBCC, scripted a glorious journey for the CPSE. NBCC attained Navratna status in 2014, the turnover doubled and orderbook increased by more than 8 times.
Significant contribution in national flagship schemes like Swachh Bharat, Housing for All by 2022, Namami Gange, Smart City and Skill India Mission.
Paved the way for NBCC to achieve and get awarded with the most prestigious project of MoHUA i.e. Re- development work of East Kidwai Nagar under GPRA Scheme where in 4747 dwelling units and one million Sqft of Commercial Spaces would be constructed in a land area of 86 acres.
Enabled NBCC to secure the breakthrough redevelopment of GPRA Colonies of Nauroji Nagar, Sarojini Nagar & Netaji Nagar. The three colonies sprawled over a plot area of about 425 acres with existing old 8087 flats (Type-I to IV) to be replaced with 15510 new houses of (Type -II to VI) including construction of World Trade Centre. The approx. cost is around Rs. 25,000 Cr including cost of construction and maintenance for 30 years etc.
Led the pioneering work of constructing the first Metro Station in New Delhi at Seelampur which because of its aesthetic excellence was chosen as the venue to inaugurate Delhi Metro, way back in 2003.
Project Management Consultancy for construction of all buildings for National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM) and Green Building for Indian Institute for Corporate Affairs (IICA), New Delhi.
