Developed rapid hardening cement, masonry cement, specialty cement, and cement products with activated fly ash as the main constituent. Developed numerous cement and associated products for the commercial market. Have expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance for sourcing and using fly ash from electric power plants for fly ash modified concrete.
Develop fly ash QA / QC from contracted coal-fired electric power plants, technical service and co-ordination with departments of transportation and transportation agencies.

Perform special cement and concrete product formulations such as over 100 developed and formulated thousands of mixes for QUIKRETE, MRT/CEMEX and others.
Provide cost reduction and profit improvement in process engineering and materials cost improvements while maintaining standards for operation and projects.
Expertise in portland and masonry cement manufacture, process engineering, quality control and quality assurance, concrete mix designs, and specialty concrete designs. Granted patents for specialty cementitious products.
Expertise in combustion engineering of cement kilns and electric power plant boilers.
Provided combustion engineering for twelve portland cement kilns for USEPA Boiler and Industrial Furnace compliance testing. Added were baseline tests and process improvements for compliance.
Performed process engineering for numerous waste tire utilizations in portland cement kilns, utilizing other hazardous and non-hazardous fuels used partial replacements for normal fuels. All met compliance requirements of state Departments in Environment.
