Carbon Dioxide Process Equipment, Carbon Dioxide Cleaning, Pressure Vessels and Process Piping
ID: 727226
Wisconsin, USA
Provided complete project management, system design, and vendor selection on the first waterless plastic recycling facility. This resulted in two provisional patent applications for design for the client.Provided design expertise, thermodynamic modeling, and equipment design for a portable military refrigeration system for a third party manufacturing company.Provided the technical extertise in a proprietary geo thermal development project. This project will generate a significant COP benefit far beyond even conventional geo thermal. Design, vendor selection.Toxic Waste isolation project. This project, recently approved for continuation with the EPA,provides a method to isolate toxic substances from a material source which will now allow the decontaminated material to be returned to commerce. This groundbreaking approach will be the first effort to successfully capture compounds safely from the material stream without producing adverse effects on downstream materials.Oil extraction technique and capture using liquid carbon dioxide. In a further enhancement of the successful dry cleaning projects, this project allows an oil contaminated product to be safely separated. This project differs from standard dry cleaning in that normally the products removed are discarded and the cleaned product is cloth. This project not only removes the oil from the product so the product can be reused, the oil is also processed so it too can be returned for use. This provides a valuable stream back to the customer of two components, together with the reduction in waste product, this provided a significant cost benefit to the customer.

Equipment training for power generation including the development of controls systems, large scale process equipment whether designed and sold through his company or by others as a third person. |
Vendor Selection |
---|
Expert has developed a significant list of preferred vendors in the field of carbon dioxide and power generation. With the growing list of sucessful projects, Expert has a reputation of matching key suppliers with appropriate clients. Expert is considered one of the top sources in the US for carbon dioxide equipment. Years of Research and Development projects with companies such as Raytheon, Hughes, lab set up for Alliance, and numerous others have made Expert a quick and reliable single source for a multitude of pressure and chemical equipment needs. |
Marketing Experience |
---|
Expert was on the ground floor of the development of carbon dioxide as a dry cleaning fluid. His expertise is unparralleled in this industry. His reputation for delivering complex projects on time and under budget have opened the doors to other industries which relate to CO2 or have other chemical or thermodynamic processes which require a new approach or broad outlook. This forward thinking has enabled Expert to see the trend in advanced cleaning to take on such dynamic projects as toxic waste isolation, and complex cleaning to areas far beyond what was once thought possible or practical. |
Other Relevant Experience |

Expert is the driving force behind his present companies namesake, the Blend of Science and Art (ergonomy). The creative approach is deep in his roots, he worked his way through college as an artist. His design approach is characterized best by restating a common phrase you will here him say, "I would rather give you twenty designs for a problem and critique them, if none solve all of the problems, I will come up with twenty more." It's the creative approach and out of the box vision that have helped numerous clients solve complex problems quickly and efficiently. |
