Expert has previously testified in court at trial; been deposed on matters relating to cannabis; sat in on administrative hearings; and has performed crop and business valuations and provided crop yield analysis, all with great success for his clients. Expert has been a cannabis cultivator for over 20 years, and has experience cultivating cannabis in soil, hydroponically, coco fiber and in soil-less media. Expert has cultivated cannabis indoors, in greenhouses, and outdoors.
Expert has cultivated in black and regulated markets, from personal sized gardens to large commercial operations. Expert was previously a cultivation manager for one of the biggest indoor cultivation sites in the state of Washington, where Expert managed all aspects of the cultivation operation, from cloning to harvest. Expert has managed 3 nurseries that sold cannabis clones and plants, and has overseen operations that involved cutting 5,000 to 10,000 clones per week.
Expert also has experience assisting the marketing and sales team with strategy and branding, as well as experience doing product and business development for cannabis companies. Expert has extensive knowledge related to pesticides and pesticide application, and Expert has a pesticide applicators certificate in the state of California. Recently, Expert was hired, as a consultant, by a software company that does pest identification, to assist with improving their platform and making it more user-friendly. As an advisor for that company, Expert helped identify pests and advise as to the common products used to prevent and eradicate the targeted pest. Expert also advised the company on plant health issues, and how to correct them.
Expert is an instructor at Oaksterdam University in the horticulture department, and enjoy teaching students all about cultivation, cloning, and cultivation design.
