Responsibilities:I started in the hardwood lumber industry as a sole proprietor in 1979. During the depths of the recession in the early 80's, I decided to capitalize on the down market by contacting investors who had expressed an interest in investing with me. By doing so, I raised nearly $200,000. dollars of private investment capital. I then proceeded to buy up equipment from bankruptcy auctions and built a new hardwood sawmill operation in NW WI. When completed, I arranged for bank financing, managed the operation until a major disagreemnt occured amongst the board where by they decided to put the company up for sale for nearly a million dollars and cash out.Seeing no opportunity to resolve the situation, I resigned my position in March of 1985 and moved to the cities to explore new opportunities. |

Responsibilities:While employed at Quest, I worked as a senior officer to help build and grow the organization to produce and market computers for the photographic and lithographic industry. I hired and trained independent sales representative through-out the U.S. and Canada. | Expert has assisted in defending numerous clients and cases against legal litigation during his professional career. Expert responded in providing numerous depositions when served and acted in a compliant and professional manner. During these proceedings, Expert presented himself in a professional and convincing manner. When called upon to represent his clients, Expert has never been involved in losing one single case. Perhaps one of the most dramatic cases was when Expert assisted in the defense of one of his clients who had been involved in a motor vehicle accident. By properly positioning the clients assets and other legal team initiatives Expert was able to minimize the loss to his client. |
