Expert is a chartered quantity surveyor with over forty years experience in the construction industry. He has extensive experience with commercial, residential, health, education, industrial and leisure developments, both new build and regeneration projects. He is involved with all stages of projects from initial appraisal to detailed cost planning, contract procurement, project monitoring and final accounts. His experience includes traditional professsional quantity surveying duties, as an employer's agent and working with contractors in estimating and post contract roles.
