Expert also provides her expertise to assess credibility of employment candidates providing clients with analysis of candidates behavior and suggestions for hire.

Expert provides training to individuals and organizations on reading body language in others. Her training has helped counselors, lawyers and judges become more conscious of behavioral tells in turn improving their decision making and interviewing skills.

She is experienced in real time behavioral assessment. She has been contracted to attend business and investment meetings under an alias in order to assess the body language, facial expressions and other non verbal cues that may signal deception. She has been contracted to participate in TSA focus groups to assess the training needs of behavioral detection officers.She has been contracted to review video taped interviews for security positions in the NSA and to analyze the micro facial expressions and create behavioral maps that outline the expressions and behavior with the applicants words to assess credibility and truthfulness. She has consulted on the development of real time facial expression detectors to aid in the review and assessment of the actual capabilities of such software and the reliability of their data capture.
