Marketing Experience |
---|
Expert has worked at just about every level of the beauty industry and in all levels of distribution. She strongly believes that building a brand starts by being right out on the front lines. That’s why, as a rule, when it comes to finding crucial data that helps clients make decisions about product launches, programs, or how to gain traction with customers, she spends a ton of time where all the action happens – out in the field – working with salespeople and talking to customers. Expert is deeply committed to the research process and gaining strong consumer insights at the sales team and consumer levels. This is central to the work she performs as it assists clients in making strategic decisions about their brand and to the development of strong, flexible tools and messaging that translates to the consumer. |
