He was Program Director and Creator of the highly successful Rochester N.A.C.M. Affiliate’s two-day national symposium entitled “The Education Gold Rush.” A former instructor for N.A.C.M.’s “Credit Administration and Advanced Credit Administration Programs” for the Rochester C.F.D.D. Chapter and has taught preparation courses for the C.B.A., C.B.F., and C.C.E. exams.
He spoke at the prestigious Credit Conference in London on the topic of Financial Customer Service and provided attendees with an overview of the advantages to the creation of such an operation. He spoke at the New York State Bar Association on the topic of Old Law/New Law, Enhancing Counsel’s Representation. He spoke at the prestigious 1st World Credit & Collection Congress in Mexico City on the topic of U.S. Corporate Bankruptcy Issues for Foreign Suppliers: Preferences, The Ugliest Side of Bankruptcy. He was a panelist at the Mid-South Commercial Law Institutes meeting in Nashville, TN and addressed issues related to How to Litigate and Win Preference Actions.
Expert presented at the NACM Credit Congress in Nashville regarding bankruptcy management best practices, as well as firm financing and defense. He has taught at the Graduate School of Credit at Dartmouth College regarding Bankruptcy Preference Defendant Report best practices and advanced methodologies. He has been quoted on three occasions by CFO.com in articles related to mega-corporations’ bankruptcy filing actions. He has been quoted in the CFO Magazine Edition of American Institute of CPAs Corporate Finance Insider and contributed to the AICPA Corporate Finance Insider Issue.
He has provided Expert Witness services in over 845 bankruptcy preference actions across the country and for firms located in the U.S., Peoples Republic of China, South Korea, Japan, Italy, Spain and Canada. He has provided lectures on Business Credit and Bankruptcy Preference Actions across the U.S.A. as well as in the U.K, Mexico and Canada.
