Expert was certified by N.A.C.M. to serve as an expert witness in a Bankruptcy Preference Action and re-certified. His expert testimony in court resulted in an Italian manufacturer winning a bankruptcy preference action filed against them for nearly $300,000 resulting in a $0.00 payout by the firm. He has been deposed on numerous occasions related to preference actions and has testified in Bankruptcy Court in Nashville, TN, Southern District of NY (Manhattan) and in Manchester, NH. He works on cases for both Defendants and Plaintiffs. His 48+ years in the Credit Profession in numerous industries and over 31 years of teaching to Credit Professionals, C.P.A.s and Attorneys has enhanced his abilities to address each case using first-hand knowledge and expertise.

He has lectured to many credit, non-credit organizations, and firms such as AT&T, WEA Manufacturing, a subsidiary of AOL Time-Warner, Schindler Elevator, Mobil Chemical, Corning Inc., The National Cement Credit Association, Media Credit Association, The National Association of Credit Management, Credit Finance Development Division of N.A.C.M., and Dun & Bradstreet. He created seminars for N.A.C.M.’s 99th, 100th, and 101st Credit Congresses and for numerous C.F.D.D. Regional Conferences.

He was Program Director and Creator of the highly successful Rochester N.A.C.M. Affiliate’s two-day national symposium entitled “The Education Gold Rush.” A former instructor for N.A.C.M.’s “Credit Administration and Advanced Credit Administration Programs” for the Rochester C.F.D.D. Chapter and has taught preparation courses for the C.B.A., C.B.F., and C.C.E. exams.

He spoke at the prestigious Credit Conference in London on the topic of Financial Customer Service and provided attendees with an overview of the advantages to the creation of such an operation. He spoke at the New York State Bar Association on the topic of Old Law/New Law, Enhancing Counsel’s Representation. He spoke at the prestigious 1st World Credit & Collection Congress in Mexico City on the topic of U.S. Corporate Bankruptcy Issues for Foreign Suppliers: Preferences, The Ugliest Side of Bankruptcy. He was a panelist at the Mid-South Commercial Law Institutes meeting in Nashville, TN and addressed issues related to How to Litigate and Win Preference Actions.

Expert presented at the NACM Credit Congress in Nashville regarding bankruptcy management best practices, as well as firm financing and defense. He has taught at the Graduate School of Credit at Dartmouth College regarding Bankruptcy Preference Defendant Report best practices and advanced methodologies. He has been quoted on three occasions by CFO.com in articles related to mega-corporations’ bankruptcy filing actions. He has been quoted in the CFO Magazine Edition of American Institute of CPAs Corporate Finance Insider and contributed to the AICPA Corporate Finance Insider Issue.

He has provided Expert Witness services in over 845 bankruptcy preference actions across the country and for firms located in the U.S., Peoples Republic of China, South Korea, Japan, Italy, Spain and Canada. He has provided lectures on Business Credit and Bankruptcy Preference Actions across the U.S.A. as well as in the U.K, Mexico and Canada.

Expert has taught at the Graduate School of Credit at Dartmouth College and lectured at the New York State Bar Association, the Credit Conference in London, England, 1st World Credit & Collection Congress in Mexico City, the Mid-South Commercial Law Institute Annual Seminar in Nashville, TN, and NACM – Canada’s 13th Annual Credit Conference & Expo in Toronto, ON Canada.
