Expert has spent over 35 years in the Automotive Industry and is experienced in all areas of Automotive Repair, Diagnosis, and Inspection. The first part of his career was spent working as a Master Certified Technician, Service Center Supervisor, and Manager. He is Master Certified with Volkswagen and Honda. He is a Ford Motor Co. Master Certified Service Manager and Service Adviser. He is Certified by Toyota Motor Sales as an Assistant Service Manager. He is an experienced General Manager having worked with Bridgestone, Firestone, and Goodyear giving him a vast knowledge of the Tire Business. He also has extensive experience working with most automotive suppliers in the industry. He is an I.A.A.A. Certified Vehicle Appraiser. The latter part of his career has been spent primarily focusing on all types of inspection, appraisal, and expert witness cases. These include mechanical breakdown, cause of failure determination, body and paint, lease return, better business bureau arbitration, pre-purchase, cash / diminished value appraisals, lemon law, and repair shop negligence. He is also an expert in Automotive Standards and Practices. His expertise has been utilized by Ford, Lincoln, General Motors, Cadillac, Toyota, Lexus, Nissan, Infiniti, Honda, and Acura. His services have been retained by many prestigious law firms around the country. Expert has represented both plaintiffs and defendants with his expert testimony being a primary factor in a favorable outcome for the clients he has been involved with.
