Qualifications:
▪ Design, setup and commission of machines and manufacturing systems using programmable logic controllers, microcontrollers, automated guided vehicles, computers, cameras, industrial robots, collaborative robots,
human-machine interfaces, supervisory control and data acquisition systems for industrial applications;
▪ Advanced software development using multi-paradigm languages with an emphasis on generating code that is organized, structured, documented, maintainable and reusable for other applications;
▪ Design and assembly of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic toolings, implementing reliable safety systems for humans and equipment;
▪ Create and review schematics, drawings, simulations and technical documents using computer-aided design software;
▪ Initial equipment and project conceptual development, managing complexity, cost, resources and lead-time limits.
▪ Manage the design, build and delivery of machines, toolings, systems and solutions;
▪ Project management for several projects simultaneously, ensuring schedule and cost adherence, from the design phase up to successful implementation at the customer site;
▪ Create, improve, implement and enforce standards, procedures and policies that will improve technical, operational and financial effectiveness;
▪ Provide strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the project and members of staff;
▪ Develop and minister trainings, classes, and workshops, providing expert technical guidance for team members, customers, and institutions.
