FiberForming Area: Development & design of cooling fin for better thermal effectiveness & life; Better material & coating specifications; Development of Fin accessories for easy adjustment & better thermal balance; On line fin cleaning procedures; Better adjustment / setting of cooling fins; Improvement of bushing thermal condition to increase bushing throughput; Uses of different bushing castable to reduce the bushing power consumption; Reduction of bushing voltage drop by using different methods; Improvement of fin life through design & maintenance; Uses & maintenance of various forming accessories like, applicator roller, splitter (combs) & gathering shoes; Reduction of forming & bushing related down time by various methods.
