Captain Expert is an airline pilot with a regional airline. Expert has been flying for over 18 years with over 7,000 hours in 20 different models of aircraft. He is type-rated to fly the Embraer 170, 175, and 190 and the Candair Regional Jet family of aircraft. Captain Expert has ratings in Single-Engine Land Aircraft, Multi-Engine Land Aircraft, and Lighter-Than-Air Balloon. Finally, Captain Expert has been a Certified Flight Instructor for almost 15 years.

Captain Expert started volunteering with his pilot union in 2011. During his tenure with the union, he helped process over 500 grievances, enforce the collective bargaining agreement, and run the overall union. From this experience, Captain Expert made the decision to go to law school. Captain Expert is currently in his third year of law school at Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota.
