Among other significant accomplishments, Expert developed and implemented traffic management initiatives including Enroute Spacing Programs; Ground Delay Programs; Airspace Flow Programs; and Collaborative Trajectory Optimization Programs. During this time, Expert was also Controller-in-Charge of the Traffic Management Unit.
