As Vice-President and managing a procurement organization of 500 people in 31 countries, Expert transformed 50 autonomous Cement, Aggregates, Concrete and Gypsum tactical organizations into an optimized center-led strategic lever of value-creation for the Group, achieving 200M$ of savings and implementing commodity sourcing. Under his tenure as Marketing and Strategy Director for a 500M$ Cement business, the business grew its net margin by over 20%, through pricing discipline, the launch of Value-Selling and Market-Share Optimization programs and the creation of 2 new products in an undeserved segment.

As CPO for a defense and security company, he managed the end-to-end supply-chain, implemented planning and commodity sourcing, build contract discipline and templates and sourced 3 integrated intelligence aerial and land-based platforms.
