Expert is a dynamic and multi-functional chemical engineer with 12 years' extensive experience in engineering, field engineering and construction and leadership of engineering and EPC in high-tech oil, gas and petrochemical projects. His diverse expertise spans from initial conceptual design through FEED, detailed design, execution, and closeout with a keen sense of engineering.

Expert has developed an extended portfolio of works across the pre-contract and estimation activities.

Expert has worked with owners, vendors, suppliers and contractors closely to deliver the project on time and within budget. He has focused closely on time, cost, quality, resource, contract, and contractor management to achieve the project goals and objectives.

Expert experienced water and wastewater treatment during his BS senior project and also MSc. final thesis. For BS senior project, he studied about different type of wastewater treatment methods and their advantages/disadvantages to characterize them and prepare a software for selection of the best processes for industrial waste water treatment.

For Msc. final thesis, after study about a wide range of waste water treatment methods, contain membrane processes, e.g. micro-filteration, ultra-filtration, nano-filtration and reverse osmosis, he understand biological and chemical principals involved in aerobic and anaerobic bacteria metabolic process.Finally, he focused on electrodialysis.
Expert studied about the effect of changes in operation parameters on the effeciency of the process on removal of metals from industrial and plating wastewaters. Final results published in 6 papers which have been cited by other authors in scientific literatures more than 500 times.
Recently, Expert worked in Employer on other treatment processes like constructed wetland, algal growth and treatment, adsorption technologies and also hydrothermal liquefaction (HTL) processes. He also worked on solar water desalination.

Expert experienced process design and development of biofuel, bio diesel and green diesel production from different sources like new vegetable oil or waste vegetable oils via Transesterification, Hydrogenation, Catalyst conversion and Thermal conversion.
Expert studied new feed sources and commercialized academic design.
Expert designed and selected vendors for electrical production solar panel and also solar distillation systems to produce renewable electricity and also treat wastewater.
Expert managed a project, from R&D to commercialization, for hydrogen production for renewable energy and also fuel cell applications through proton exchange membrane electrolysis.


Expert is an energy and process piping and plant designer who experienced more than 9 projects in this filed. He accepted different roles in engineering, field engineering and construction and leadership of engineering and EPC projects. He was a lead engineer in a $1.8 billion EPC project. He is a book author in this field.

Expert experienced basic design,HAZOP studies, plot plan, layout preparation, equipment arrangement, specifications, detail design, industrial process piping, refrigeration piping, pressure piping systems, piping installation and piping fabrication, pipe supports, stress analysis, isometric preparation,line list, MTO, P& ID and ASME B31.3 and B31.1 codes in refinery, gas and petrochemical projects. He is familiar with API, ASME and ASTM codes.

Expert worked on material selection and developed piping material specification,MTO and material bids and worked with a wide range of material contains carbon steel, stainless stell, copper alloys, nickel alloys (Hasteloy).

Expert prepared 3d-model with PDMS, Ravit and Autocad softwares.

Expert is practicing chemical engineering since his graduation in MSc in chemical engineering in 2003. He finished his Master of science, with issue of 5 international papers which citied more than 500 times until today.
Expert is done many projects in water purification, wastewater treatment, oil, gas, petrochemical, biofuel and renewable energies domestic and international.

He is an expert in engineering calculation and document preparation like heat and mass ballance, control philosophy, process flow diagram, Piping and instrument diagram, cause effect study, Hazop study, equipment arrangement layout, process simulation and thermodynamics. He experienced different steps of chemical engineering projects like feasibility study, basic design, FEED design, detail design, fabrication and construction.
