5. The applicant while at Otis Engineering (Halliburton), using special seal materials, Otis completed the first well for Shell Canada that produced 90% Hydrogen Sulfide. A presentation was developed and presented to Shell,s Engineering and Management Group related to these seals. Based on this presentation Otis (Halliburton) was awarded the contract for other difficult wells for Shell.
6. While managing the materials group, seals were developed for steam injection.
Condition ranging from 250*F to 600*F and 2000 psi.Seals are used in both Canada and California.
Present Seminars and Consulting on non-metallic seals to customers both Domestic and Foreign in the Oil and Gas Industry.
