Responsibilities:Expert worked in the Clean Energy Research Center and Nanotechnology Research and Education Center at a U.S. university's College of Engineering in research related to the development of new materials for energy applications. During this time, he fabricated a supercapacitor and PV. He also designed several new polymer and nanocomposite materials, battery, rectenna and photoelectrochemical devices for energy-related research. He also characterized several new materials for energy applications and advised and mentored several Master and PhD students for thesis and dissertation primarily regarding energy. He also contributed to a proposal to DOE, ARPAe and others at CERC as Senior Researcher. He was also in charge of writing grants and contracts for funding and technical reports; publishing papers and patents; and advising and mentoring students. He also jointly taught a course in Material Characterization and Electrochemistry. |

Responsibilities:Throughout this 20-year period, Expert served in SRI International as Senior Scientist; Eclipse Energy Systems, Inc., as Senior Scientist; Triton Systems as Senior Scientist; FSI as Senior Scientist; and PNB and the Elba Foundation as Scientific Researcher.
