Expert is a California Licensed Civil Engineer and a California Licensed Land Surveyor with over 15 years of expertise in both disciplines. As a Civil Engineer, he has refined skills in grading, utilities, water quality, hydrology, hydraulics, sewer studies and land planning. His project work consists primarily of residential development projects including master-planned communities, multi-and single-family homes and urban infill projects in the Southern California region. As a Land Surveyor, he has focused his career on topographic mapping, aerial surveys, boundary determination, ALTA surveys, title review and construction surveying.

Expert is adept at working with developers, public agencies and builders to provide mapping for development projects for residential, agricultural and commercial projects. He has also provided consultant civil engineering and land surveying services to cities and counties in the greater Los Angeles area and is currently leading a team of professionals in pursuing entitlements and designing construction drawings for residential and commercial developments. Expert has a range of design and project management skills that are exhibited in his quality of work and is particularly adept at developing and maintaining contacts and relationships with both clients and agencies. He will efficiently take a project from concept to completion while maximizing the projects benefits for his clients.
