Role - Design Concept & Development, Tender Drawings, Project Management, Site Coordination
The grand beer hall was opened on 22 September 2020 for events and private customers. The interior design revolves around the raw elements of the brewery inside and making the space efficient, comfortable and flexible for multiple use scenarios. The walls and ceiling of the interior spaces have copper pipes going through to depict the brewery process and connect the whole space.
- Club House X1 (1150 sqm)
Role - Design Concept & Development, Design & Execution Drawings, Bill of quantities
Club House X1 is a part of township and designed for the people living there. The briefing was to create a place close to the nature. To give peaceful and calm environment through the interiors. Natural textured looking materials has been used with the MS antique copper finish detailing to give lavish look. The space consist of Cafe cum lounge: where vertical niches has been created on the wall and silver/walnut travertine used with Copper metal frames. Changing rooms: Bottochi no and olive silestone has been used to create greeny aroma around. Entrance courtyard: dholpur stone has been used to create art wall to follow light and day concept using tree life. Pool Cube: gets separated from the entire space forms a hardwood cuboid and juts out of the space. Reception: a double height space wrapped in dholpur stone and natural wood textured laminate with warm light.
- Library Center (400 sqm)
Role - Design and concept development, Research, Presentation. The hypothesis of the project stems from the desire to build a library for the locals to communicate, exchange information and gain knowledge to evolve as as a community. India is a country of villages - the basic lifeline of the villages is farming. Harvest festivals abound, and harvests are taken to the procurement marketplaces. where the grains are traded. These procurement places, called Mandis, are primarily in use for few months. The design is to use these Mandis for a community place which brings the people together and give an open space for the all age groups for social activities.
- Bahlsen Outlet (132 sqm)

The new concept of Bahlsen Outlet opened on 26th August 2021 at Metzingen Outlet city. The interiors were aligned with the corporate identity relaunch and brand family history. The chocolate color palette and smooth metal finish enhance the colorful product packaging. The shop fitting is designed keeping sale floor requirements such as integrated wheels, price banners, and changeable seasonal graphics.
- Pilot Store Birkenstock (120 sqm)

The new concept was designed in alignment with Brand philosophy of comfort, meeting user's expectations and at the same time making shopping an experience. From the beginning the vertical wooden sections forming a footbed at the shop window gives transparent visibility to the customers. The Store has two floors divided into Sales area and Back of house. The sales area are zoned into Women, Men, Kids and Cosmetic Section. Men section looks industrial. the furniture is in black powder coated metal with concrete and smoked oak finish pedestals. Women section is indefinite. the furniture is in smoked oak finish with Cognac Leather seating resting on Brand blue colored patch work carpet.
- Lacoste Outlet (295 sqm)
Role - Execution Drawings, Project Management, Site Coordination
The store was retrofit to the new outlet concept design which shows the gradual changing and adapting design philosophy of Lacoste. The store was build in 8 weeks of construction period, showing exposed ceiling and subtle material choice.
- Lacoste VIP Loge (Flexible sqm)

The concept was to develop a mobile and sustainable retail store solution. Module based and complete flexible system could be build inside or outside a shopping space. The design reflects brand identity and provides focus on the products. The products could be seen from every corner given the design visual transparency.
- Birkenstock Pop Up (96 sqm)
Role - Execution & Permission Drawings, Project Management, Site Coordination
The concept brought nature and the outdoors inside the store to create a refreshing experience. To reflect brand identity, natural colors and materials like cork. wood, and leather were used. A blue color palette rugs have been layed below the floating furniture high light to highlight Brand Cl color.
