Extends application of the Value Engineering methodology into other areas through promotion and management of novel processes such as Combined Functional Review. Assures that maximum value is realized by novel application of Value Engineering methodology. Work regionally to develop new Value Engineering applications and guidelines for emerging mission areas and acquisition approaches such as streamlining reviews and studies, application to environmental missions, and new acquisition approaches such as design build and design bid build. |
