Expert has over 29 years of expert witness experience, mostly in IP but also in other technical areas, such as product liability and industrial secrets. He has written numerous expert reports, been deposed tens of times, have testified in court tens of times as an expert witness, both in front of juries, special masters, ITC judges, and have given court tutorials for preliminary hearings. Expert has also done many IPR cases, has been both the plaintiff and the defendant's expert witness. He has been an expert witness for numerous US and international companies. |
