He has designed transmitters and receivers (broadcast, two-way, pulse, and secondary radar). He has also had in-depth experience with frequency synthesis from low frequencies to 5 GHz. Expert has had experience in project management for the design and production of telecommunications systems, navigation systems, instrumentation, microwave circuits, and digital computers. He has worked with spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators from audio frequency to 12.4 GHz, multiple signal generators for intermodulation analysis, sweep generators to 12.4 GHz, precision frequency measurement, admittance, impedance, and conductance RF bridges, Q-meters, dual trace oscilloscopes, environmental chambers, and RF power measurement.
QUARTZ CRYSTAL. Expert has designed several quartz crystal parameter measuring systems for final plating process control.
ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING. As an independent consultant, Expert designed unique solutions to unusual problems for a variety of applications. Some of the areas he has worked include magnetics, fire alarms, airport security, and cable television security.
